Make sure that the lock is set for Assigned Use functionality (a green LED will flash when a hand is presented to a Pivot Pro+ lock). 1. Go to a lock already programmed to operate with the Management Cards and User Credentials. Present hand to lock and hold for 15 seconds. The LED will flash green, then turn red and beep once after 5 seconds. It will continue to flash green, then turn red and beep twice after 10 seconds. Remove hand. While the LED is flashing green, present the Programming Card. Present the Programming Card to program each lock to operate with the same Management Cards and User Credentials. End Express Registration mode.* Go to any programmed lock. Present hand to lock and hold for 5 seconds. Remove hand. While the LED is flashing green, present the Programming Card. The LED will turn red and beep, followed by flashing green again. Placing your hand near the Pivot Pro+ RFID reader will make **the LED flash green**. Assigned Use is ideal for personal or dedicated access, where a specific individual or group is given an RFID credential to open a designated unit. The unit remains locked until the assigned user unlocks it using their credential. Assigned Use Pivot Pro+ units will always have a red LED. Using the Programming Card, multiple locks can be quickly programmed to operate with the same Management Cards.
