# How to replace the Programming Card and Management Cards on an Assigned Use Pivot Pro+ lock

The Pivot Pro+ locks must be reprogrammed to prevent lost/stolen cards from operating the lock.

### How to replace the Programming Card

1. Contact [Digilock Support](https://www.digilock.com/contact/support/) to purchase a Replacement Programming Card.

### How to replace Management Cards on an Assigned Use Pivot Pro+ lock

1. Go to any lock operated by the lost/stolen Management Cards. Present hand to lock and hold for 5 seconds. The LED will flash green, then turn red and beep after 5 seconds.

2. Remove hand. While the LED is flashing green, present the Programming Card. The LED will turn red and beep, followed by flashing green again.

3. While the LED is flashing green, present the Programming Card again. The LED will stop flashing, beep twice, then turn red. All previously programmed Management Cards will be erased.

4. Collect any remaining or replacement Management Cards and follow the [How to add Management Cards to an Assigned Use Pivot Pro+ lock](https://support.digilock.com/docs/how-to-add-management-cards-to-an-assigned-use-pivot-pro-lock) instructions to program them to the Assigned Use Pivot Pro+ locks.

Used to program and Express Register Management Cards to a Pivot Pro+ lock.

Placing your hand near the Pivot Pro+ RFID reader will make **the LED flash green**.

Assigned Use is ideal for personal or dedicated access, where a specific individual or group is given an RFID credential to open a designated unit. The unit remains locked until the assigned user unlocks it using their credential.

Assigned Use Pivot Pro+ units will always have a red LED.
