All Cleo locks must be registered to a Llave Flex for electronic key operation/management.  If the programming needs to be erased at any time, the locks can be reset with a Cleo Llave de Reinicio.

The Cleo Reset Key is a support tool that can be ordered from Digilock after troubleshooting with el Servicio de Asistencia de Digilock.  It should be kept in a secure place when not in use. In the event that the key is lost or stolen, it is designed to expire 3 weeks from the ship date. Once the key expires, it can no longer be used.

NOTE: If you do not hear a click, reinsert the key until the click is heard.

  3. Once the Cleo locks are at Iniciales, they are no longer registered to a Flex Key. Please reference the How to set up a Cleo lock for programming instructions.
