Override a Shared Use Cleo™ lock with a Flex Key

To Unlock and Reset a Shared Use Cleo lock

  1. Insert a valid Flex Key, turn the knob to the unlocked position. Remove Key. Open Door.

  2. To Reset the user combination, while the knob is still in the unlocked position, turn all dials two full rotations, one by one, and stop back at 0-0-0-0. Close the door. The lock is now available for a new user.


To Unlock and Relock a Shared Use Cleo lock

  1. Insert a valid Flex Key, turn the knob to the unlocked position. Remove Key. Open door.

  2. To keep the existing user combination and Relock, close the door, turn the knob to the locked position.

To Unlock and Reprogram an Assigned Use Cleo lock

  1. Insert a valid Flex Key, turn the knob to the unlocked position. Remove Key. Open door.

  2. To Reprogram the user combination, follow the How to assign a user combination to a Cleo lock instructions.

  1. Insert a valid Flex Key, turn the knob to the unlocked position. Remove Key. Open door.

  2. To keep the existing user combination and Relock, close the door, turn the knob to the locked position.
