Overriding a Pivot Pro+ lock allows authorized personnel to access the lock by using a valid Management Card. This is useful in situations where a user misplaces their User Credential or forgets which locker they have access to.
Override and Retain Locker User with a Management Card
NOTE: The lock will keep the previous user occupying the lock.

Present a valid Management Card to the lock.
The door will disengage, and the LED will remain red.
If you want to keep the previous user’s occupancy, firmly push the door shut until it clicks into place.
Override and Clear Locker User with a Management Card
NOTE: The lock will be available to use by any user.

Present a valid Management Card to the lock.
The door will disengage, and the LED will remain red.
If you want to clear the previous user’s occupancy, while the door is open, present a valid Management Card to the lock.
The lock will initialize, and the LED will turn green.
To secure, firmly push the door shut until it clicks into place. The LED will flash red then turn green to indicate that it is available.
