How to replace a Flex Key

Prev Next

At least one Flex Key is required for Cleo locks. If you have a lost or stolen key, you can order Replacement Flex Keys from Digilock Support. The Replacement Flex Key must be registered to your locks to prevent the previous key(s) from accessing them.  Once the new key is used with the lock, the previous key(s) will no longer work.

  1. To register a Replacement Flex Key to a Cleo lock, touch the key to the lock’s key insert.

  2. Continue to register all other Cleo locks registered to the previous Flex Key.
