The Pivot Pro+ locks must be reprogrammed to prevent lost/stolen cards from operating the lock.
How to replace the Programming Card
Contact Digilock Support to purchase a Replacement Programming Card.
How to replace Management Cards on a Pivot Pro+ lock
Go to any lock operated by the lost/stolen Management Cards. Present hand to lock and hold for 5 seconds. The LED will flash red, then turn green and beep after 5 seconds.
Remove hand. While the LED is flashing red, present the Programming Card. The LED will turn green and beep, followed by flashing red again.
While the LED is flashing red, present the Programming Card again. The LED will turn green and beep twice. All previously programmed Management Cards will be erased.
Collect any remaining or replacement Management Cards and follow the How to add Management Cards to a Shared Use Pivot Pro+ lock instructions to program them to the Pivot Pro+ locks.
