All Cleo locks must be registered to a Flex Key for electronic key operation/management.
The following instructions are for setting up Cleo dial combination locks for Shared Use or Assigned Use functionality.

Go to the Cleo lock requiring setup.
Insert the Flex Key.
Refer to the images below for proper key insertion based on the lock’s locked/unlocked position.

Repeat the previous steps for each Cleo lock.
After completing these steps, Shared Use Cleo locks are ready for use. For operating instructions, go to How to operate a Cleo in Shared Use. If the Cleo lock’s functionality is Assigned Use, then go to How to assign a user combination to a Cleo lock to complete the setup.
