Overriding a Pivot Pro+ lock allows authorized personnel to access the lock by using a valid Management Card. This is useful in situations where a user misplaces their User Credential or forgets which locker they have access to.
Override with a Management Card
NOTE: The lock will keep the previous user assigned to the lock.

Present a valid Management Card to the lock. The LED will flash green.
The door will disengage and the LED will turn red.
If you want to keep the previous user’s occupancy, firmly push the door shut until it clicks into place. The LED will flash green, then turn red.
