Replace Cam lock batteries

It is not necessary to remove the lock from the door. In case of battery failure, insert and leave a valid Manager Key into the key slot until the lock operates.

NOTE: The Manager Key will need to be left inserted for 5 seconds to power jump the lock.

CAUTION: Risk of explosion or leakage if battery is replaced by an incorrect type, mixed with a different battery type, or inserted backwards. Replace all batteries of a set at the same time. Be sure to insert batteries with correct polarities. Remove exhausted batteries from the product promptly and dispose of used batteries according to the battery manufacturer’s instructions.

Keypad locks

Replace mini keypad surface mount lock batteries

  1. Remove the screws and the battery tray.

  2. Replace the two premium lithium CR2032 batteries.

  3. Re-Insert battery tray and screws.


OR

  1. Remove the screws and the battery tray.

  2. Replace the one premium lithium CR2450 battery.

  3. Re-Insert battery tray and screws.

Replace mini keypad recess mount lock batteries

  1. Remove the screws and the battery cover.

  2. Replace the two premium AAA batteries.

  3. Replace battery cover and screws.

Replace standard keypad surface mount lock batteries

  1. Remove the screws and the battery tray.

  2. Replace the two premium lithium CR2450 batteries.

  3. Re-insert battery tray and screws.

Replace standard keypad recess mount lock batteries

  1. Remove the screws and the battery cover.

  2. Replace the four premium AAA batteries.

  3. Replace battery cover and screws.


RFID locks

Replace mini, standard, hybrid RFID battery pack surface and recess mount lock batteries

  1. Remove the screw and the battery cover.

  2. Replace the four premium AA batteries.

  3. Replace battery cover and screw.
