The lock does not recognize the User Code, User Key, User RFID Credential, or User Digilock Mobile Access Credential.
Shared Use functionality
For immediate access, override with a valid Manager Credential.

Shared Use functionality with Digilock Mobile Access
For immediate access, override with a valid Manager Credential. A User Digilock Mobile Access Credential will only operate one Shared Use lock at a time. If the issue persists, and a Digilock Mobile Access Credential is being used, the credential can be reset. The same credential may already be occupying another lock. Follow the Reset a Digilock Mobile Access Credential instructions.*
* The current credential will be deleted and any previously operated locks will not operate with the new credential until programmed to do so.
Assigned Use functionality with or without Digilock Mobile Access
For immediate access, override with a valid Manager Credential.
Keypad: Follow the How to assign User Credentials to a keypad lock instructions to assign the User Credential to a keypad lock.
RFID: Follow the How to assign User Credentials to an RFID lock instructions to assign the User Credential to an RFID lock.
A 4 to 7 digit code created for lock access.

The User Key is Blue and is used to operate a lock.

A User RFID Credential is used to operate a lock and is available as an RFID card, RFID fob, RFID sticker, RFID wristband, and Digilock Mobile Access.

A User Digilock Mobile Access Credential is used to operate a lock with a smart phone using the Digilock Mobile Access app.
Pressing the Key Button on the keypad will make the LED flash red.
Shared Use is perfect for environments where multiple users need temporary access. A code, or key allows anyone to use the unit, and once unlocked is available for the next user. Locks configured in Shared Use may feature either a deadbolt or cam locking mechanism.

A Manager Credential is used to manage a lock and is available as a Manager Key, RFID card, RFID fob, RFID sticker, RFID wristband, and Manager Digilock Mobile Access Credential.

A keypad or RFID lock option that allows for the operation and management of a lock with a mobile device using the Digilock Mobile Access app. Not all locks support this option.

The unit remains locked until the assigned user unlocks it using their credential. Assigned Use locks can be configured with a deadbolt, deadlatch, or cam.
