Assigning User Credentials is the final step when setting up Assigned Use Pivot Pro+ locks and requires a Management Card. Up to 20 User Credentials (User RFID or User Digilock Mobile Access Credential) may be assigned to each lock. Assigning the credentials can be done one lock at a time, or the Express Registration feature can be used to copy and paste assigned User Credentials and Management Cards from one Assigned Use Pivot Pro+ lock to one or more other locks.
Assign User RFID Credentials
Make sure that the lock is set for Assigned Use functionality (a green LED will flash when a hand is presented to a Pivot Pro+ lock).
Present hand to lock and hold for 5 seconds. The LED will flash green, then turn red and beep after 5 seconds.
Remove hand. While the LED is flashing green, present a valid Management Card. The LED will turn red and beep, followed by flashing green again.
While the LED is flashing green, present each User Credential one at a time. The LED will turn red and beep for each User Credential assigned to the lock.
Present a valid Management Card. The LED will stop flashing, beep twice, then turn red.

Present hand to lock and hold for 5 seconds. The LED will flash green, then turn red and beep after 5 seconds.
Remove hand. While the LED is flashing green, present a valid Management Card. The LED will turn red and beep, followed by flashing green again.
While the LED is flashing green, tap the Press to Start button on a User Digilock Mobile Access credential and present it to the lock. The LED will turn red and beep for each User Digilock Mobile Access credential assigned to the lock.
Present a valid Management Card. The LED will stop flashing, beep twice, then turn red.
